Hello!

I get allot of email asking me about training so I created this site to help you reach you fitness goals! I hope I can help with any thing from building muscle to loosing weight, training for Strongman, Triathlon, or almost any sport that takes strength, stamina and endurance! I created the SUPER DUTY aprroach to building muscle that goes along with my personal philosphy of "Go all the way, or go Home"! I will be sharing concepts and leting you all Know ho my own training is going!
